Policies
Shipping: Most of our items are custom made; we will make them when you order them. Please keep this in mind when placing your order to make sure you have your items in time for your event. Most items ship in 5-10 business days. Some items may take a little longer; this will be stated on the item page. Please contact us if you have any questions. We will be glad to accommodate a rush request if possible, extra shipping charges may apply.
Please note the shipping times are different in all product pages. Some products may ship out within 3-5 days and some may ship out in 2-3 weeks if they are a custom painted item or if they are products from another vendor. Your products may arrive in separate boxes since we have many vendors from all over the U.S. who make and ship our various product lines.
Our ground shipping charges are for the continental U.S. and Canada and they are as follows (items are shipped USPS priority mail, UPS ground, or by Fedex ground delivery):

Shipping outside continental US and International Orders: Orders shipped outside the continental US will have actual shipping charges plus a small handling charge added to the order. If this amount increases your shipping costs by 50% or more, we will contact you with these amounts for your approval before
processing your order.
Shipping times provided for International orders can vary. Items can be detained at customs. This is something beyond our control, please order with plenty of time.

Rush Orders: We will try to accommodate all rush requests whenever possible. If your rushed order requires overnight or expedited shipping, please contact us at (305)826-8989 or email us at info@favorpalaceonline.com we will try our best to accommodate you. Please note that because the nature of our work, some of our painted products may not be available via a rush service. However, we do offer a Rush Fee option for an additional $10.00 if you would like your product painted or embroidered earlier than the production time mentioned in each products page. Please note that this Rush Fee of $10.00 is not an overnight or next day delivery fee service. Expedited mailing service is separate. We will contact you with your new shipping charge prior to shipping your product. We will contact you by sending you an updated invoice via email or by phone if possible. In the event that the email address you provide is incorrect and we cannot contact you by phone, we will adjust your total and ship your order only if your new shipping charge doesn't increase the amount of your original shipping charge
by more than 50%.

Items with free shipping: Some of our items have free shipping. You will see this information in the item's page. "Free shipping" items are shipped via fedex ground delivery which usually delivers in 3-5 business days. They don't deliver on Saturdays. If you would like to upgrade the shipping method, let us know and we will contact you with your shipping costs.

Returns: We want to make sure you are happy with your purchase. If you contact us within 7 days of receipt of your items we can accept returns upon approval (a restocking fee may apply).
Shipping charges on returned items: Shipping charges will not be returned. The cost to ship the item back is the customer's responsibility. You must contact us prior to making your return.
Absolutely no returns on custom or personalized products (this includes items that are made to order including soaps & shower favors) or after event date. We cannot accept returns on
bath and body products.
Cancellation of Order
If for some reason you choose to cancel we will issue a credit to your card on items that have not shipped or if work has not been started. However, if work has been started on a custom ordered item or if it has been sent out to be personalized, we cannot return your full amount but will return 50% of your order.
Sales Tax: FL Residents 7% sales tax will be
added to your total.
Children: Part of the reason we do what we do is because we love children. However, most of our items (especially party favors) are not intended for children, so please don't let children handle them. They have small parts that can be a choking hazard and some items have pins that can obviously hurt children.

Our soaps are not intended for small children (under 2) or babies. Always check with your pediatrician if you intend to use our soaps for children under 2.
